Summary:
The Office of Administrative Law has approved all of the emergency regulations submitted by the Division of Workers’ Compensation to implement SB 863.
The Office of Administrative Law has approved all of the emergency regulations submitted by the Division of Workers’ Compensation to implement SB 863.  The regulations include the following:  electronic document filing and lien filing fee, hospital outpatient hospital outpatient departments and ambulatory surgical centers fee schedule; Independent Bill Review (IBR); Independent Medical Review (IMR); Inpatient Hospital Fee Schedule, Interpreter Certification; Qualified Medical Evaluator and Permanent Disability Rating Determination; and the Supplemental Job Displacement Benefit.  The final regulation, along with the rulemaking information, is available at http://www.dir.ca.gov/DWC/DWCrulemaking.html.
